Includes telephone and online support as well as annual maintenance and calibration of your system including calibration certificate. The calibration is carried out in our company (after you send in the device). If desired, we will provide a replacement system in the meantime. The agreement is subject to an annual progression of a maximum of +5%; it is valid for 12 months at a time and is automatically renewed if it is not cancelled in writing at least six weeks before the end of the period. The maintenance also includes the annually required safety inspection (STK).

The Rating Box Sensor enables the direct input of subjective perceptions and decisions when collecting physiological data. Thus yes/no questions can be answered or moods (e.g. fear or well-being feeling on a scale of 0-10...) can be recorded live parallel to the measured physiological parameters (such as skin conductance, pulse, EMG, HEG, EEG, ...). This sensor can be recognized as "any sensor" in the Infiniti system and used with any of the existing encoders.

This blood pressure monitor can be used in conjunction with a biofeedback/neurofeedback session (requires BioGraph Infiniti version 6 or higher and a biofeedback encoder).
The set contains the measuring unit, an upper arm cuff, a connecting tube and a special USB cable for connection to the computer.

The DeStress Solution software offers a complete toolkit of sessions for assessing and reporting stress, self-regulation (biofeedback) training screens and relaxation therapy exercises, based on the modalities on-hand.

Designed for practitioners already in the field and familiar with stress metrics, this tool provides access to the robust BioGraph Infiniti software (whether as a researcher or clinician) using an unobtrusive, low-cost sensor.

Important note: Both a corresponding BioGraph Infiniti license and a matching TPS sensor are additionally required for using the Destress Software Suite.

The Synergy solution uses the eVu TPS finger sensors to access the heart rate variability, excitation and temperature of each user. From there we can see how they feel, whether they are engaged and how we can best help them.
Important Note: The eVu TPS finger sensors and BioGraph Infiniti software license are not included in this article.
