The agreement is subject to a maximum annual progression of +5% and will be automatically extended for another 12 months if not cancelled in writing at least 6 weeks before expiration. Service contract for server installation including hotline support and online connection to support MediBalance network operation. The agreement is automatically renewed for another year if not terminated in due time. The agreement is subject to a maximum annual progression of +5% and will be automatically extended for a further 12 months if not terminated in writing at least 6 weeks prior to expiry.

Includes telephone and online support as well as annual maintenance and calibration of your system including calibration certificate. The calibration is carried out in our company (after you send in the device). If desired, we will provide a replacement system in the meantime. The service agreement is subject to an annual progression of a maximum of +5% and is valid for 12 months and will be extended for a further 12 months if it is not cancelled up to six weeks before expiry.
