Please check whether a cable break of the headphones could be the cause. Incorrect settings (e.g. volume reduced on one side) can also be the cause. (Simplest test: Restore factory settings: press synchronous keys R+L+START in OFF state). Occasionally, a defective condensation stator can lead to this error - in this case then a sending in/repair is necessary.
