My AUDECOM is connected to the PC/laptop via USB cable, but it does not respond to pressing a button.

Try close the AUDECOM software, disconnect and reconnect the USB connection. and re-establish it. If this does not solve the problem, please check the device manager. please check in the device manager whether the AUDECOM is correctly recognised there. If not or if the driver is marked yellow, please reinstall it. reinstall it. The driver file is located under C:\Program Files (x86)\MediTECH\AUDECOM_Frontend\inf. If necessary, the existing driver must first be uninstalled and then reinstall the above driver.
