Individual settings have been changed by the customer. How can I reset all settings to the factory defaults?

Your devices must be switched off! Now press and hold down the L + R buttons and then press the START button. The display MUST now show

"Factory settings" and then "wait" for a few seconds. If this does not work, then the firmware is too old and does not yet offer this

functionality.
