AUDIO4LAB working slow at times

A4L is sometimes working slow and sometimes it need up to 20 seconds to run a training. What could be the reason for that?

    Please check with your clients how many patients are stored on the system. And how many sessions he recorded with them. If there are more than 100 patients, he should remove some of them from the SD card as this could cause a delay due to data processing.

     Another reason might be the control box, see above, if connected after booting the system.
